What I collect
When you ask for a price, I receive what you enter in the form: your name, phone or email, the service you want, the size of your home, your preferred date and your message. If you call or text, I get your number and what you write.
Why
I only use the information to reply, give you a price and arrange the cleaning. The legal basis is that you asked for a quote yourself (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). I never sell your information.
How long
If you become a customer, I keep what is needed for the agreement and accounts for as long as the law requires.
Who processes the information
- The website and the form run on Vercel.
- The form is sent to me as an email via Resend.
- My email is handled by Google (Gmail).
Cookies and statistics
The website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages are used. This sets cookies in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Send me an email and I'll sort it out. If you think I'm handling your information wrongly, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
